PRICING ~ 25% Discount for churches & non-profit organizations
Hourly Use ~ 10 to 39 people ($100/hr) / 40 to 100 people ($125/hr)
Single Day Event Use - 10 to 39 people ($500) / 40 to 100 people ($800)
Multi - Day Event Use ~ 10 to 39 people ($300/day) / 40 to 100 people ($500/day)
(Billable hours include time used for setup and event. Up to two non-billable hours are allotted for cleanup.)
POLICIES
Deposit - A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon registration.
Payment - Rent must be paid in full 2 week before the event date.
Cancellations - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will not be refunded. In cases of inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled.
Alcohol - the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Conduct - Any person exhibiting unruly or disrespectful behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
HOURS
Venue is available for use Monday thru Saturday. Gates open at 8 am and close at 10 pm.
